By accessing or using the ProFlow platform ("Platform"), operated by LaFezMay Pty Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
ProFlow is a marketplace that connects vetted freelance professionals with clients seeking specialised technical services. The Platform facilitates job posting, applicant screening, assignment management, milestone tracking, and submission reviews.
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By registering as a freelancer, you confirm that you are operating as an independent contractor and not as an employee of ProFlow.
As a freelancer on the Platform, you agree to:
All freelancer applications are subject to review and approval by ProFlow administrators. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or revoke any application or account at our sole discretion. Passing an assessment does not guarantee approval.
Work product created through assignments on the Platform is subject to the terms agreed between the freelancer and the client for each specific job. ProFlow does not claim ownership of freelancer work product.
The ProFlow name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of LaFezMay Pty Ltd and may not be used without written permission.
Payment terms, rates, and schedules are specified in each job assignment. ProFlow facilitates payment processing but is not responsible for disputes between freelancers and clients regarding payment amounts or timing.
Freelancers are responsible for their own tax obligations, including GST where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us, subject to completion of any outstanding assignments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to ProFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
